Check your eligibility for our services by looking at the list below

Applicants should be:

• Homeless, threatened with homelessness or in housing need.
• Between 16**  to 64 years.
• In need of support to maintain their current tenancy or in need of move on to an independent and a more sustainable tenancy.
• Willing to engage with LATCH support and other self-help activities run by LATCH.
• Capable of basic personal care.
• Eligible for housing benefit or on a low income.
• Must be willing to participate in a minimum of 6 days self-help activities. (Supported Housing only)
• Eligible to remain in the UK under EU and Home Office regulations.

** Applicants who are 16 – 17 years old will only be considered if they are eligible for public funds and supported by a youth agency or social worker. The referring agency must be actively involved with the support needs of the client.
