Full time co-ordinator for the Hands On project specialising in project management, environmental sustainability,  recruiting and devising skill development programmes for volunteers.

Full time project worker for the Hands On project specialising in environmental construction, planning and delivering training, supervising volunteers, trainees and placements.

 


John Holden

Part-time worker specialising in repairs and maintenance work providing housing management support, supervision to trainees and volunteers.

 

 

LATCH Management Committee

LATCH activities are overseen and supported by a voluntary management committee (MC)of 12 whose members have experience and knowledge of community work, housing management, social work, property and business development  Two places are reserved on the committee for a tenant representative and a volunteer representative. This is to ensure that there is a channel for service users and volunteers to have their say.
