The biggest thing I got from it was hearing people say how good I was – that I was a really fast learner – that made me feel good, more confident.
It was really hard work and tiring but I loved it. I liked working with my hands and didn't want to leave - LATCH was brilliant.
The best bit was seeing the building change bit by bit. And then you can stand back and think 'I worked on making that'.
