We’re piloting our new service: Latch Low Energy Homes makes your home warmer, lowers your fuel bills and reduces your carbon emissions, by installing high spec insulation in your home.

We have proven expertise, high quality standards and a trusted brand, and have worked with Leeds Beckett University to monitor the performance of our installations.

We can survey your home and draw up a whole house energy plan, and install high quality pitched roof, loft, internal wall and floor insulation, and draught proofing measures,

We are an accredited Green Deal installer so you can be sure of the quality of our work. We are also a member of AECB and a graduate of CoRE, the Centre of Refurbishment Excellence.

And all the money we make supports improvements to Latch’s homes, making them warm and affordable to heat.
