Property Services Worker
5 days: 37hrs per week Salary: £26,862.25 + 5% pension.
LATCH is a housing charity that provides homes to homeless people. We have 108 properties in Leeds and provide our tenants with a high quality property repair and maintenance service. We also create new homes through the refurbishment of long term empty properties.
We are recruiting an experienced worker to join our Property Services Team, to provide a high-quality repair and maintenance service to our tenants.
We are looking for someone with two years’ experience of repairs and maintenance or working in the building trade.
A full driving licence is also essential.
