At LATCH, our mission is to lift people out of homelessness and provide them the dedicated support they need to be able to move on to mainstream housing.  Based in Chapeltown, over the last 30+ years we have built up our own housing stock and now have over 100 properties, often rescuing derelict properties which we have renovated to a high standard.  Through this combination of people-focussed support and high-quality housing we are dedicated to empowering individuals and regenerating areas to help create thriving communities.
